Roast Venison ~ served on Mashed Potato with a Juniper juice

Beef Stroganoff ~ strips of Fillet Steak sauteed with Mushrooms & Onions reduced in Cream served with Rice

Chargrilled Steak ~ a large Steak cooked to your requirments served with Diane, Dijon or Au Poivre sauceir required

Fillet Steak ~ the tenderest of Steak chargrilled to your requirments served with one of the above sauces if required
